LaTania Scott has been in our lives for over 12 years. She is one of the most dedicated educators I have ever known. The compassion she shows to every student she come in contact with is immeasurable. She carries a desire in her heart to inspire her students to never stop learning, growing, and reaching for more. As a professional and as a friend, LaTania is a blessing to anyone she is around and I thank God my daughter had her as a teacher. Our family loves LaTania.

Ms. Latania was hands down one of our family's favorite teachers. She was kind yet firm, flexible yet determined, and always open with her communication. I always knew my child was in loving, capable hands and we were lucky to have her as an influence on our lives.

LaTania is a team player in all she does. She readily shares ideas, considers others, and brings joy to her co-workers. She is best at listening to those around her and trying to find a resolution. You can count on her to complete a task, do her share, and be punctual.

Our daughter was in LaTania’s class for 1st-3rd grade; she was inspired to love school because of LaTania’s equitable love for children and passion for exciting, well rounded education. LaTania’s loving, warm and assertive demeanor has a calming way of making sure that all her students understand and can apply what she is teaching them. My daughter has a genuine love for community, leadership, Math, Science, History and Language Arts; I truly believe this is to be credited to Latania for providing a well-rounded early education.

LaTania is a very talented and knowledgeable Montessori educator. She was able to not only identify that my son was high functioning ADD but utilized Montessori skills and tasks to create the appropriate accommodations for his ideal learning. My son was able to use the strategies she taught him throughout his early and middle learner education. I believe his success in high school (3.8 gpa) and now college (3.2 gpa) has been due to the foundations she was able to teach him. Her understanding of Montessori methods, exceptional learners and love of all children makes her an exciting educator. No child is left behind or labeled.
